About the Role
We are a fast-growing startup delivering Odoo Community ERP solutions to businesses across India & the Middle East.
We are now hiring Interns who will give demos, interact with clients, and customize the Odoo product using Python under guidance.
This role is perfect for freshers who want client-facing exposure + real-world Python-based development experience.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver professional Odoo product demos to clients (online & on-site).
- Visit clients in Bengaluru for demos, requirement gathering, and implementation.
- Work with Python-based Odoo frameworks to customize modules under guidance.
- Learn, understand, and get hands-on with the full functionality of Odoo ERP.
- Convert client requirements into functional workflows and basic technical tweaks.
- Coordinate with senior developers for advanced Python customizations.
- Maintain and nurture client relationships throughout implementation..

Responsibilities
- Understand and get hands-on the complete functionality of all Odoo ERP modules
- Deliver demos and conduct requirement discussions
- Perform basic Python-based customization under supervision.
- Assist in module configuration, workflows, fields, and UI adjustments.

Document client needs and convert them into clear functional notes.
- Support implementation and provide client training.
Must Have
- Bachelor’s Degree (Engineering, BCA, MCA, Commerce, BBA, etc.).
- Strong interest in Python development.
- Excellent English communication (spoken & written).
- Curious, enthusiastic, and willing to learn both technical & functional sides.
