Business Consulting
- Understand client business processes
- Gather functional requirements

- Participate in solution design workshops
Product Demonstrations
- Prepare professional demo environments
- Conduct online and onsite product demonstrations
- Present ERP capabilities to prospective customers
- Explain business workflows confidently
ERP Implementation
- Configure Odoo ERP modules
- Support implementation projects
- Perform system testing and validation
- Assist with data migration
- Prepare implementation documentation
Solution Ownership
- CRM, Sales, Purchase, Inventory
- Accounting, Manufacturing
- HRMS & Payroll, POS & Retail
- School ERP
- Property Management
- Restaurant Management
- Fleet & Maintenance
- Project Management
Customer Training & Support
- Train users on system functionality
- Create user guides and SOPs
- Provide first-level functional support
- Resolve day-to-day ERP queries
- Coordinate with developers for enhancements
